Andrew Taylor
Economic Development Officer
Andrew Taylor is the Economic Development Officer for Decatur & Macon County. Andrew is a four year veteran of the United States Navy and relocated to the Decatur area in 2010. As a recent graduate of Millikin University, he earned degrees in Political Science and Sociology, with a focus on analytical statistics. During his studies he conducted multiple independent in-depth research projects into the economic, political and social dynamics of Decatur and its surrounding communities. As the Economic Development Officer he works to provide existing and potential area business with the information they need to grow and prosper.
